Shipping policy

Once you have entered your address your shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please review carefully prior to your purchase. Our products are available for local delivery to Australia and New Zealand only. Please allow time for your custom made product to be produced and delivered.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. Depending on order size and production priorities you could receive your order within a week, however some products being shipped from overseas may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
